Refund policy

RETURNS:

The photography is custom injected into the fibers of fabric then cut & sewn just for you in your size. A set number of pieces are sold and produced according to each photo and artist drop during a limited window. That means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours.

If for any reason your new piece arrives in anything other than perfect condition please let us know within 14 days of delivery and we will repair or replace the piece! You may contact us at hello@mementoapparel.com.

Please include photos of the damage or imperfections. This enables us pass along to our manufacturing facility to assess how to most quickly repair or replace the piece. 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your damaged or defective garment and let you know the details and timeline for replacement. In the case the item is not able to be repaired or remade you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@mementoapparel.com.

GIFTING:

Sending this piece as a gift? Each piece comes in highly giftable, tube packaging without price information. Reminiscent of how you would receive a quality art print. After purchase, you will receive a branded email of the product you can forward to your intended gift recipient letting them know what they can expect to receive. Our return policy for gift orders is the same as stated above.

SHIPPING:

Like a custom printed and framed piece of photography, we hand make each piece to order in the United States starting from rolls of premium fabric which can take several days to print using museum grade printing technology. We then cut, sew, and ship each product per order. Producing your unique garment to order helps reduce waste. You will receive a FedEx tracking number from us as soon as it’s in the mail in 2-4 weeks so you can keep an eye on things.

International Orders: US$20 Flat Rate Fedex Shipping (Plus Duties/VAT)
